We are delighted to introduce to our chilled portfolio a delicious range of hand crafted artisan gourmet pates. All are free from artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings and produced locally by the nationally acclaimed Dorset Smokery and Charcuterie using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
The Pate is supplied fresh, but can be frozen.

Dorset Pate
A premium gourmet coarse pork and pork liver pate with herbs and spices, produced from a closely guarded 45 year old Dorchester recipe.

Farmhouse
This smooth product, consists of a succulent blend of chicken liver and pork pate with herbs and spices.

West Country
A popular smooth pork and pork liver pate. The carefully blended mixture of herbs and spices gives a delicious robust flavour.

New Forest Game
A superb medium - coarse venison pate, made with woodland mushrooms and red wine. A rustic, yet luxuriously flavoured game pate.
